Itinerary
Mornings – Slow beginnings
You begin the day slowly with silence, breath, and gentle practices that help you settle into yourself. Morning sessions include guided processes using Bach flower remedies, NLP, and mindfulness – helping you understand your emotional patterns and how your mind responds to life.
Middays – Explore and integrate
Afternoons are intentionally spacious with gentle explorations into the beauty and culture of Dharamsala. You may find yourself:
- Visiting the peaceful Norbulingka Institute and the Tibetan museum, immersing in art, culture, and history
- Walking along quiet rivers and forest trails, letting nature do its quiet healing
- Exploring the serene paths around the Dalai Lama Temple
- Sitting in a café overlooking the mountains or simply journaling in stillness
This is where insights begin to land – not through force, but through space.
Evenings – Deeper inner work
As the day winds down, you come together for deeper experiential sessions. Through guided sharing, emotional release practices, and group processes, you will begin to gently let go of what you have been holding and reconnect with parts of yourself you may have lost touch with.
Nights – Stillness and connection
Evenings are quiet, warm, and real. Simple conversations, shared laughter, and moments of silence. No pressure. No performance. Just being.
